Performs professional and other tasks related to:

• the second instance proceedings in administrative matters within the jurisdiction of the Municipality;

• providing professional guidelines and instructions on how to act in the performance of duties;

• providing opinions on the act on internal organization and systematization of local administration bodies and agencies

• ensuring the legality, efficiency and effectiveness of local administration bodies and services;

• coordination of the work of local administration bodies and services;

• reorganization and rationalization of local government;

• performing professional tasks related to development and use of seals and symbols;

• performing other duties as assigned by the President of the Municipality;
