Act of Organization and Working Method of Municipality Herceg Novi Administration

Municipal Herceg Novi administration bodies are established, special and other offices are founded, their activities and work method are defined as well as other issues significant for their work.

Municipal Herceg Novi administration bodies perform the activities defined by the law, by the Statute of the Municipality and other official statements.
For performing specific activities, special offices are established. 
For performing professional and other activities for the Mayor, Chief Administrator, manager and administration bodies professional offices are established.
For performing activities which need expertise and work independence, the Mayor can establish an agency by special act.
