For carrying out activities in the area of local revenues shall be established Management of local evenues.

Management of local revenues:

  • - Determination and charging of public revenues and supervision of public revenues;  decision on determining the obligations.

  • - Analyzes the effects of realized revenues in order to define appropriate fiscal policy;

  • - Direct coordination with non-governmental organizations on matters within its competence in order to implement the program in the specified area;

  • - Preparing the informational and other professional materials for the Assembly and the President of the Municipality;

  • - Keeping the register of taxpayers which is regularly reconciled with the real estate register kept by the Republican authority for real estate.

  • - Taking measures of inspection supervision in accordance to the Law;

  • - Performing legal normative activities in the process of preparing legislation.
